We'll be harnessing the power of p5.js, a user-friendly programming library designed specifically to cater to beginners and unleash your creative potential.

We will mostly go over basic coding structures. These include the Setup & Draw methods, handle creating shapes, iterations & loops and using mouse functions.

The programme is tailored to those who don't have any coding experience. However, the course is also designed to be valuable to individuals with pre-existing coding experience.

You will have time to play with the functions learned, explore more, dive deeper and investigate the "creative" part of creative coding. This is where we can give you personalised guidance.

By the end of the workshop, you'll depart with fresh insights and inspiration to continue your creative pursuits.

Our workshop leader is Saskia Freeke, a seasoned digital artist who has been creating generative works every day for over 8 years. Her daily digital artworks (which you can explore on her Instagram profile @sasj_nl) speak volumes about her passion and expertise.
